    Group Visit Request

    Johnson & Wales will be offering Group Tours based on availability during the academic year. At this time, we are only able to accommodate high school aged students (Grades 9-12). Our visits start at 10:30 am with a 30 min interactive presentation followed by a 1-hour walking campus tour with our student ambassadors. If you would like to request a different start time or are interested in a particular activity, please let us know in the “Additional Comments” section at the bottom of the form.

    Please fill this form out completely and allow up to 3 business days for us to process your request.

    Submitting this form does NOT guarantee the date(s) requested. A detailed confirmation of the visit will be emailed to you once the visit has been arranged.

    At this time we are taking requests from May 1 - August 2, 2024 for limited group campus tours during our summer session. Additionally, we are reviewing requests for the Fall 2024 semester from September 16 - December 6, 2024.

    Important Guidelines
    • A detailed confirmation email will be sent once the visit is arranged.
    • Please do not make travel arrangements before receiving a confirmation as this request still needs to be approved by our office.
    • Groups should arrive on time to guarantee the full presentation and tour.
