JWU Group Visit Request

Johnson & Wales will be offering Group Tours based on availability during the academic year. At this time, we are only able to accommodate high school aged students (Grades 9-12). Our visits start at 10:30 am with a 30 min interactive presentation followed by a 1-hour walking campus tour with our student ambassadors. If you would like to request a different start time or are interested in a particular activity, please let us know in the “Additional Comments” section at the bottom of the form.

Submitting this form does NOT guarantee the date(s) requested. A detailed confirmation of the visit will be emailed to you once the visit has been arranged.

We are only accepting requests for the Spring 2025 semester (January 13 - April 17) at this time.

Important Guidelines

Please do not make travel arrangements before receiving a confirmation as this request still needs to be approved by our office.
