    Group Visit Request

    JWU Group Visit Request
    Johnson & Wales will be offering Group Tours based on availability during the academic year. At this time, we are only able to accommodate high school aged students (Grades 9-12). Our visits start at 10:30 am with a 30 min interactive presentation followed by a 1-hour walking campus tour with our student ambassadors. If you would like to request a different start time or are interested in a particular activity, please let us know in the “Additional Comments” section at the bottom of the form.

    Submitting this form does NOT guarantee the date(s) requested. A detailed confirmation of the visit will be emailed to you once the visit has been arranged.

    Space is limited at this time for spring 2025.  The JWU academic year ends May 1st.  While our campus may be quiet with our student on summer break, we are still accepting requests for group visits during May, June, July and August.

    Important Guidelines
    • A detailed confirmation email will be sent once the visit is arranged.
    • Please do not make travel arrangements before receiving a confirmation as this request still needs to be approved by our office.
    • Groups should arrive on time to guarantee the full presentation and tour.
